3 hubbies and one girl. And a lot of urban fantasy. Dont skip the uf parts else you need to skip the whole book to wait for the romance and three husbands.

I Thought she was a virgin (at least 15 years no sex) with three adopted kids.
But then her first time ever with husband 1 was in a closet. So i guess i was wrong. Strange scenes. Hope to see the next book with more romance and way less fillers.

Nightwolves Coalition Clarrissa Lee Moon 9781937085100 Books Reviews

Nightwolves Coalition by Clarrissa Lee Moon is a paranormal erotica novel that is a little of both paranormal and erotica and is pleasingly the right amount of each and refreshingly not too much of either. The novel takes no time in jumping into the action and plot as Catrina Garcia a vampire, newly modified, finds herself in the clutches of terrorists on a passenger airliner where she must find a way to save the day. Both evil and benevolent forces spice the conspiracy as twists take the reader into a suspense filled story and at times an entirely different world.

There is a very grounding sediment to the paranormal activity within the book that is quite compelling and utterly believable. The characters are three dimensional quality and the action and landscape unfold before the reader's eyes. Clarrissa Lee Moon truly uses the right amount of everything in her recipe for this book to create a novel about the age old dogma of vampires making it unique and exhilarating.

Grade A awesome book!
The book begins very slowly. The author spend far too much time telling the background of the story, rather than have the reader live through it with the heroine, Cat, as her friends call her. Cat describes herself as a “biker chick,” which fits her no-nonsense attitude toward evil.

After a lot of fooling around with background, the author does a wonderful job in describing how Cat saves an airplane, passengers and crew from terrorists who would have killed everyone on board, including the terrorist cell on board the plane.
Now the reader can see what an “altered” vamp looks and acts like. Cat isn’t a vampire in the traditional sense. She only needs a little blood for power, and only a little bit. She’s tough, but basically a good person, who can’t stand the thought of a whole plane of people perishing just because some terrorists want to make a statement.

After the rescue, Cat is questioned, and it appears that she is going to be blamed for the whole incident, and now we are allowed to see exactly who is evil and who is good in this world.

This book is pagan, and is based on the belief of many gods and goddesses. Except for the beginning, it is a fun read.
But then the author misrepresented a falsehood as truth in her book. To prove her belief that Jesus wasn’t original when he said to Nicodemus, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again,” the author claims that this quote originated with Job. She said that in Job it is said, “You must be born of the spirit, then of the flesh, to enter the kingdom of heaven,” and that this quote originated in the Egyptian Book of the Dead.

While the author may know what is written in the Egyptian Book of the Dead, she has no right as a responsible author to deliberately misquote anything. She should do her research first and find out what Job really said, rather than what she has been told he did.

The actual quote in Job is from one of his friends, not Job himself when he says, “The Spirit of God has made me, the breath of the Almighty gives me life.” This misquote is a perversion of what God refers to when he makes all of us. It is God who grants life.

Jesus says something else. He clarifies being born again by saying, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit,” meaning a natural birth is not enough. We must also allow God to remake us spiritually, through Jesus, who also said, “No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Ms. Moon is a very talented writer, but she doesn’t research well. It really disappoints me when fantasy, which I love, needs to twist truth to justify itself.

But for her excellent ability to show action-adventure scenes, I gave her three stars.
Not worth the money. I read the intro and the first chapter and stopped. The story is disjointed and disorganized. Very repetitive and dumb.
I like the author as a person- and enjoyed the first book so well, I already have the second one downloaded and lined up in my reading list. If you like 'current events fantasy', you're gonna love it!
Meet Cat - a super powerful demi-goddess that is about to make some military heads spin. When she is caught using her "super powers" on camera after saving a plane from an attempted hijacking, she agrees to help a select group of military save the world...literally. The end is near, and it's her job to make sure it isn't really The End.

This book is a great set-up for a series. With just enough action to keep things really interesting, paired up with most of the background information needed to really dive into the world. While there isn't a boy meets girl - fall in love - live happily ever after romance, Cat and her mates (yes, there's three of them) have a touching reunion and very interesting relationship.
